Site relationship: PALM is independently hosted and operated by Hendrick Hamilton. It is not a school network sign-in. Vercel hosts the site and Supabase provides PALM account authentication. Eligibility is limited to approved school email domains. Full details.

This application supports peer-led academic tutoring among authorized medical students and program coordinators.

Participant responsibilities

• Use your own approved school email and separate PALM-specific password. Never enter, reuse, or share your school network password here.
• Reserve sessions you intend to attend and record check-in and check-out accurately.
• Share only educational materials appropriate for the tutoring program and respect copyright.
• Communicate professionally and report inappropriate content to the program coordinator.

Prohibited content and activity

• No patient-identifying information, clinical records, or protected health information.
• No impersonation, unauthorized access, false attendance reporting, harassment, or redistribution of private meeting links.
• No clinical advice or patient-care decision making through this tutoring system.

Program administration

Coordinators may approve tutor access, review attendance records, correct credited time with an audit reason, and suspend access according to the tutoring program's approved procedures.
