Site relationship: PALM is independently hosted and operated by Hendrick Hamilton. It is not a school network sign-in. Vercel hosts the site and Supabase provides PALM account authentication. Eligibility is limited to approved school email domains. Full details.

Peer Assisted Learning in Medicine is an educational coordination application for peer tutoring. It is designed to manage tutoring participation, not patient care or clinical records.

Information used

  • Your school email, name, program year, and approved role.
  • Your session reservations, check-in and check-out times, credited hours, and attendance correction audit entries.
  • Tutoring session messages, learning-resource links, and in-app notifications.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate school participants, coordinate tutoring sessions, notify participants, document attendance hours, and let program coordinators resolve attendance questions.

Visibility

Students can access their own enrollments, attendance, and eligible session follow-ups. Approved tutors can manage their sessions and view enrolled participants. Coordinators can approve tutors and review attendance corrections.

Do not submit clinical information

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, case identifiers, clinical notes, images, or any protected health information in a subject, message, resource, or announcement.

Requests and retention

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your tutoring record, contact the program coordinator identified in your pilot invitation. Before student invitations begin, the program owner must publish the coordinator contact and approved retention procedure.

The live pilot support contact and approved retention/deletion procedure will appear here after production configuration is complete.
